Terms and Conditions for Man O'Clock Barbershop

- By accessing and using the website ("Site") of Man O'Clock Barbershop, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Site.
1. General Terms

3. Appointment Booking and Cancellation Policy
- Your appointment is important to us, and we reserve it especially for you. To help us maintain the highest quality of service, please provide at least 1 hour's notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made within 1 hour of the appointment will not be refunded if paid online. If a barber is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, we will make every effort to reschedule your appointment with another barber or offer a full refund if paid online.
4. Purchase and Payment Policy
- By placing an order through our Site, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms. All payments for services and products will be processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Man O'Clock Barbershop is not responsible for any fees, charges, exchange rates, or additional charges imposed by financial institutions or credit card companies.
5. Refund and Return Policy
- Payments for online-purchased services must be received at least 1 hour prior to the scheduled appointment.
- Cancellations within 1 hour: No refund.
- Cancellations prior to 1 hour: You will receive a credit toward a future appointment, subject to availability and similar cost.
6. Use of Information
- The information, material, and content provided on the pages of the Site may be changed at any time without notice. We make no representation or warranty regarding the completeness or accuracy of the information provided.
7. Internet E-mail and Communication
- Unprotected e-mail communications over the internet are not secure or confidential and may be subject to interception, loss, or alteration. Man O'Clock Barbershop is not responsible for any damages in connection with e-mail communications.
